Master Bedroom

The 500 sq ft master bedroom has its own 30ft seaview terrace and a rear balcony overlooking the courtyard.

This beautiful, light room has windows on two sides and breathtaking views of the sea. With a polished wood floor, the main bedroom has a Kingsize (US Queensize) four poster bed and other fine pieces of antique furniture.

There is an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate toilet and double basins.

Facilities: walk in wardrobe, air conditioning, electric ceiling fans, shutters with mosquito screens, mosquito nets, personal safe.

Double Bedroom
The second double bedroom with four poster bed is also upstairs and has its own private balcony with sunloungers overlooking the pool, gardens and sea beyond.

It has its own spacious private shower room with toilet and double basin right next door.

The Seaview Room has French windows leading on to its own verandah and is furnished in a colonial style. This room has the option of being made up as a double or twin.

The Cottage

The garden guest cottage can be made up as a twin or a double and is separate from the house, situated in its own private area of the garden.

Dieppe Bay House is a beautiful 6 bedroom sea front villa set in its own established tropical garden in a peaceful location in the south of Antigua. The spacious 5 bedroom house with separate one bedroom cottage are well suited for families and large groups and Sleeps up to 14. An acre of garden gives the villa lots of outdoors space with plenty of room for privacy and shade, and includes a gorgeous pool with sundeck, two gazebos, sun terrace, rustic beach BBQ area and lawn leading down to the sea and natural beach. Only five minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, the house has stunning views towards Falmouth Harbour to the distant masts of the yacht clubs and out to sea.
